Gullible Eaters
From the flagpole seagulls flew
to the pavement flag for food.
They are now fed on human waste
and choose our scraps not chewed.

This is blatantly obvious at the seaside, especially when members of the public throw down bread to get a better look at the birds. But they are not generally motivated to feed the birds, but rather in a selfish manner to occupy themselves.
I live twenty miles from the coast, yet seagulls fly past every day on their trips to the local council tips for a feast of leftovers.
