Forget death
I’ll never forget what it’s like to be dead,
or, indeed remember the first words I said.
The last thing I think when I go to bed
is forgotten; replaced by dreams instead!
Notes by the author
Many people fear death.
This poem was written after considering birth and how little we know of it (as an experience).
